13. General

If any part of this User Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in effect. This User Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between you and eGameStore.com. English text shall prevail in case of translation.

14. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

15. Refund policy

eGameStore.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any digital product order before delivery.

After delivery, the customer is responsible for product security, eGameStore will not issue refund for lost or stolen products.

Requests for refunds due to technical issues or invalid codes will be honored upon verification. We may request information to confirm the issue (e.g., screenshot of error or platform message). valid proof must be provided for any claims or complaints regarding non-functioning products.

Digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after payment except for reasons mentioned in the previous point.

eGameStore.com guarantees valid codes according to product description.

By purchasing, you agree to be the end user and not to resell the product without prior written consent, sharing your product with third party forfeits your right to any claim for refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible (e.g., expired card or crypto beyond processor timeframe), refunds may be issued in the form of store credit or an eGameStore.com gift card.

Refund requests may be denied in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.

Refunds may be denied for pending identity verification or suspected fraud transactions until verification process is completed.

16. Banned Countries

Service is not provided to customers from the following countries: Afghanistan, Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Eritrea, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Libya, Luhansk, North Korea, Palestinian Territory, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.

17. Rewards Points

Reward points are discounts, not cash.

Points expire after 180 days and are redeemable starting 30 days after purchase.

Minimum use is 1500 points, in increments of 500.

Max 100,000 points per month may be redeemed.

Points may be modified or revoked at eGameStore.com's discretion.

Suspended accounts' points are forfeited

19. Third-Party Content

eGameStore.com may provide links to third-party platforms or content. These are provided for convenience, and we do not control or endorse any third-party content. You access such content at your own risk. Our terms and policies do not govern such third-party services.

20. User Content

Users are solely responsible for content they post, submit, or upload on the Site, including reviews or comments. eGameStore.com is not responsible for any consequences arising from such content and reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content it deems inappropriate or non-compliant with these terms.

21. Pre-Orders

eGameStore.com may offer digital products on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders are billed at the time of order, and product delivery occurs on or after the official release date.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of pre-orders, delays may occur. We are not responsible for delays due to external suppliers or technical issues.

If a pre-order is canceled due to product unavailability, the full amount will be refunded. Pre-order prices may change, and bonuses may be limited or subject to availability.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

eGameStore.com does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users or third-party platforms accessed through eGameStore.com. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of any seller content or programs.

23. Indemnity and Release
